The Group will organise seminars/ discussions/ workshops on the proposed new companies Act and procedural matters relating to various petitions and other company law related matters before the Registrar of Companies, Company Law Board/Bench. It will also inter-act with Government officals in the offices of the Registrar of Companies, Company Law Board etc.
