	Chairman
	CA. Vishal Garg is qualified Practicing Chartered Accountant since 2003, specialized in Indirect Taxation situated at Ludhiana. He was elected to Ludhiana Branch of NIRC of the ICAI for the period 2004 to 2007 & 2007 to 2010. He was Treasurer of Ludhiana Branch during period 2005-2006 & 2006-2007 and Secretary of Ludhiana Branch during 2007-2008 & Chairman of Ludhiana Branch during 2008-2009. Before elevation as Chairman of NIRC of ICAI for the term 2013-14, he was the youngest Chairman of Ludhiana Branch of NIRC of ICAI, one of the biggest Branch of the Northern Region is having strength of Approx. 1200 Chartered Accountants. Under his able guidance and support Ludhiana Branch of NIRC has achieved many milestones like his own multi storied building for the students and achieved number of awards from the Parent Body,ICAI. He has also been elected as Vice Chairman of NIRC of ICAI during the term 2010-2012 He has also been elected as NICASA Chairman of NIRC of ICAI for the year 2012-13. He is always willing to work for the benefits of the students. He is also office bearer of number of Social Organisations. He is Secretary in Global Environment Concern, a Social organization working for the cause of environment. He has contributed a lot for the Profession by giving lectures and presentations on Service Tax and VAT at various platforms of ICAI and other Educational Institutions. He is also contributing regularly towards number of publications, articles, journals etc. and a regular visiting faculty in number of Colleges. He was key speaker in the Conference on Accounting Profession organised by the UGC at Govt. College, Ludhiana in June, 2010.

	CA. Raj Chawla is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1992 having professional experience of 21 years. He is a Cost Accountant, from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and hold degree of Law i.e., LLB beside MIMA and DISA. He is a Senior Partner of M/s RAG & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Delhi. Presently, he is pursuing PhD in International Finance. He has been elected as the Vice-Chairman of the NIRC of the ICAI for the year 2013-14. He is the Treasurer of Delhi Management Association, (DMA) for the year 2012-13, Member of Sales Tax Bar Association, Delhi, Executive Member of Patparganj CPE Study Circle of NIRC of the ICAI, Vice-President, Rotary Club, Delhi Vivek Vihar, Ex-President, Lions Club, Delhi Aishwarya, Member of Masonic Club Lodge Accountant-Delhi, Chairman, Krishna Sant Foundation (NGO), Delhi. He is associated with the various professional, religious, social and charitable organizations. He was also speaker and spoke on XBRL and Cost Audit and Compliance at the various branches of the NIRC of the ICAI. 	• Mr. Rajinder Narang is a practicing Chartered Accountant with M/s R. K. Narang & Associates at Fatehabad since year 1993. • Elected as a Member of 21st Northern Regional Council of ICAI-2013-16 (Secretary NIRC of ICAI for the year 2013-14. • Elected as Executive Member of Hisar Branch of NIRC of ICAI for the period 2004-2007. • He has served the Hisar Branch of NIRC as a Secretary of the branch during 2004-06 and as Vice Chairman for the year 2006-07. • He was nominated as the Convener of Infrastructure Study Group of NIRC of ICAI. • He was nominated as the Co-opted Member of the Co-opted Member of the CPE committee of NIRC of ICAI. 	CA HANS RAJ CHUGH is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 22 years of standing and he is also a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1995. He is senior partner in M/s A S H M & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi. He was elected first time as a member of the NIRC of the ICAI for the council term 2010-13 and re-elected for the term 2013-16. He was holding the position of Secretary of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the ICAI for the year 2010-11. He was an executive member of the NIRC and headed various committees of the NIRC of ICAI as a chairman more particularly GMCS Coordination Committee, Branch Coordination Committee, Committee for Banking, Insurance & Finance and Students Committee etc. during his first term in the NIRC. He is also a member of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry and holding the position in the committees of the Chamber. He also has inclination towards social service and is associated with Rotary Club and Freemasonry fraternity. He is also associated with various other professional and social organizations. He has been bestowed with organizational, administrative and leadership skill and during his tenure as a secretary of NIRC number of new administrative and organization reform had taken place in the NIRC and NIRC has been adjudged as a Best Regional Council. 	CA Gopal Kumar Kedia was elected as member of North India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India first time in the year 2009 for the year 2010-2013 & again re-elected with highest ever votes in the year 2012 for the year 2013-2016. He was elected as Treasurer of NIRC for the year 2011-12 and again he was elected as Vice Chairman of NIRC for the year 2012-13. Born in the year 1967, he has distinction of qualifying as CA and ICMA along with graduation at the age of 21 years. He did his graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta in the year 1987 and CA & ICA in the year 1988. CA Kedia was also very active in his student period and he was elected as a Treasurer of Eastern India CA Students Association (EICASA) in the year 1986. He was also Joint Secretary & Sports Secretary of Poddar Chhatra Niwas, Calcutta where he resided from 1982 to 1989. CA Kedia has 25 years of post qualification experience in the hardcore profession of accountancy. He has in his credit experience in the field of Taxation, Audit, Accounting, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, VAT & Sales Tax, FEMA, FCRA, Foreign Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Service tax matters etc. CA Kedia has been Chairman of Professional Development Committee, Direct Tax Committee, Career Counseling Committee and various other committees of North India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was member of Managing Committee of Faridabad Branch of ICAI and served as Vice-Chairman (2001-02) and Chairman (22002-03).
