CA Vinod Jain, is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost Accountant and a Law Graduate. He was the Chairman of Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICAI during the year 1983-84 and held post of Secretary of NIRC during 1982-83 and treasure during the year 1984-85. He has long experience in Business strategy, corporate structuring, financial structuring, resource mobilization, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, accounting standards and international tax planning.. He is at presently the Chairman of the Committee on Financial Market and Chairman of Board of Studies of ICAI.

CA. Charanjot Singh Nanda is a fellow member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountant of India . He is currently holding Chairmanship and is also member of the various Committees of the Institute . He was the member of Northern India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for two terms and was Chairman(2002-2003), of the Northern India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has presented various papers on variety of topics relating to profession of Accountancy.

CA. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been elected as the Central Council Member of the Institute W.e.f. 12th February, 2010. He was elected first time in the Northern India Regional Council in the year 2004. He has been Member of Advisory Committee constituted by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (2006-2009); Member of Delhi Value Added Tax Advisory Committee, Ministry of Finance, Government of Delhi (2006- 2009);Public Director of Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd (Nominated by Securities & Exchange Board of India) (2009-2011); He is also the Member of various Apex Professional Bodies He is Vice - Chairman and is also Member of various Committee of the Institute .

CA Pankaj Tyagee is the fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He is a
also member of professional organizations like Institute of internal auditors (IIA), and Certified
Fraud Examiners (CFE), India Chapter.He was elected as Secretary Northern India CA Students
Association (NICASA) in the year 1998.. He had the proud privilege of serving as one of the
youngest Chairman of the Northern India Regional Council of ICAI in the year 2007-08. He have
been elected as youngest Central Council Member for the term 2010-2013.
