Procedure & Register for GMCS-II Batches.

Rules for GMCS-II Registration
  • »  The duration of course will be for 15 days full time.
  • » Classes will be held for 6 hours per day for 6 day a week.
  • » Students should come in formals.
    • » Boys should wear in a light colored shirt with dark trouser, tie, black/brown belt and black shoes.
    • » Girls should wear either light color shirt with dark trouser, formal footwear or cotton light color suit with paijami or saree.
  • » Only one day leave will be allowed in case the student has to go for an interview or is having any genuine reason.
  • » Timings of classes :-
    • » 9.30 am  - 1.00 pm. with half an hour break.
    • » 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm Lunch Break
    • » 2.00 pm. - 5.30 pm. with half an hour break.
  • » Mobiles should be on switched off mode.
  • » Punctuality, regularity and participation should be emphasized.
  • » Attendance will be taken four times in a day.
  • » Surprise attendance can also be taken by the observer form board of studies.
  • » Students should bring their books provided to them on daily basis.
  • » Refund will be credited in your account no. with in 30 days after submission of your application.

Procedure Where Payment is done Online
  • » Fill your details online in the Registeration form
  • » Make Online Payment
  • » If at the time of online payment connection is disrupted you can still proceed from pay now.
  • » Payment Verification by NIRC (72 Hours from the transaction time)
  • » You will receive an email
    • » containg your registeration number and password on completion of registeration
    • » Reciept of payment will be issued after verification of payment by NIRC
  • » User can select/change his/her batch by using his/her login Id & Password only two Times
  • » User cannot change his/her batch after two times therafter a fine of Rs.1000/- will be charged
  • » After final selection of batch if not attended thn fine of Rs.1000/- will also be charged(User must inform 5 days in advance for non attending of batch)
Procedure Where Payment is done by Demand Draft/ Pay Order
  • » Fill your details online in the Registeration form
  • » Fill Details of Demand Draft
  • » Demand Draft (if offline payment) to be made in favour of NIRC of ICAI
  • » Deposit Your Demand Draft/ Pay Order at the NIRC Counter alongwith acknowledgement and necessary documents
  • » Payment Verification by NIRC (48 Hours from the time DD reaches the NIRC)
  • » You will receive an email and confirmation sms
    • » Containg your registeration number and password on completion of registeration
    • » Reciept of payment will be issued after verification of payment by NIRC
  • » User can select/change his/her batch by using his/her login Id & Password only two Times
  • » User cannot change his/her batch after two times therafter a fine of Rs.1000/- will be charged
  • » After final selection of batch if not attended thn fine of Rs.1000/- will also be charged(User must inform 5 days in advance for non attending of batch)
